1. How are the bedrooms configured? The Master suite has a king sized bed. Off the entry level there are two large bedroom suites with king sized beds as well as a smaller bedroom which also has a king sized bed. Besides the Master bedroom on the second floor are two more bedrooms -- both with kings. So there are 6 bedrooms with a total of 6 king sized beds. Also there is an additional futon in the sitting room of the front bedroom suite over the garage (2 flights up from the entry level). All bedrooms have their own private baths and there is an additional 1/2 bath off the downstairs living area.

2. How far to the airport? The Valparaiso Ft. Walton Beach Airport is just 10 minutes away, and the Pensacola Regional Airport is about 30 miles away.

3. What are the rates? Go Here.

4. How about fishing? Fishing just steps from your back door in the Santa Rosa Sound and just a short way into the Gulf of Mexico & the Choctawhatchee Bay.

7. Parking? There is a large driveway and a spacious two car garage to accommodate automobiles.

8. Do you allow pets? No. Pets ARE NOT allowed.

9. Can I have my Wedding / Reception at this property? No weddings, receptions or other such parties may be held here. Please remember that this is a private home and in consideration for the neighbors and the facility we cannot allow such functions. Of course, it is a great place for the Honeymoon!
